Payments
Online card payments use Stripe. Its payment interface handles card entry. Reservation records may include transaction amount, reference, date, status and other limited information supplied by the payment provider. When expressly arranged, payments may also use Zelle, Venmo, Wise or cash, under the relevant provider’s terms and our confirmed instructions. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or authentication codes by email, SMS, WhatsApp or an inquiry form.
Necessary sharing and communications
We share information needed for the service with assigned drivers and transportation operators, payment providers, and providers of hosting, security and communications. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to address fraud, safety or legal claims. We use the contact channels you provide for operational messages about your inquiry or reservation. An inquiry or booking is not general consent to marketing.
