Return From Sawgrass Mills

The return meeting point at Sawgrass Mills is outside PRIMARK, facing the street. Passengers must arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled return time.

Credit card, Venmo, and Wise payments include a 4% processing fee. Zelle and cash payments do not include a processing fee.

Credit cards are not accepted on board. To pay by Zelle, Venmo, Wise, or cash, contact a representative before booking to receive payment instructions and confirm availability. PayPal is not accepted.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

We recommend booking in advance, especially during weekends, holidays, cruise season, and high-demand travel dates.

• Last-minute bookings, especially for the next day, should be handled directly with a representative to confirm availability
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund if prepaid
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable
• All sales are final within the non-refundable period

Shared shuttle seats are limited. Once your reservation is confirmed, your seat is assigned for the selected schedule.
