Terms and Conditions – Golden Ride Miami

By using the services of Golden Ride Miami, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this information carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Transportation Services
Golden Ride Miami provides private and shared transportation services to and from different destinations, including but not limited to Miami International Airport, Port of Miami, Key West, Sawgrass Mills Mall, and other tourist destinations in and around Miami.
We also offer passenger transportation services, private transfers, group transportation, hourly chauffeur services, and luxury transportation options for clients seeking comfort, reliability, and a more personalized experience.
In some cases, Golden Ride Miami may subcontract third-party services or work with trusted transportation providers to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience. These providers are responsible for the safety and condition of their vehicles, as well as for maintaining the necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required to operate.
Golden Ride Miami is not responsible for services provided directly by third-party providers, nor for any delays, inconveniences, damages, or issues arising from services operated by third parties outside our direct control.
Golden Ride Miami operates as a transportation service provider and may coordinate private transportation services, shared transportation services, and third-party tour or activity services when applicable.
2. Payments and Cancellations
Payments
Services must be paid in full before the service is provided, unless a specific payment arrangement has been approved in advance.
In some cases, a partial payment or deposit may be required to confirm the reservation. Depending on the type of service, the remaining balance may be paid before the service date or at the beginning of the service, according to the conditions confirmed at the time of booking.
Private Transportation Services
For private transportation services, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms confirmed with the customer.
If the service requires a vehicle, driver, or schedule to be reserved exclusively for the customer, cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period may be non-refundable.
Bus Services
For charter bus services, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid according to the terms confirmed in the quote or booking confirmation.
Due to the high operational and scheduling demand for bus services, cancellation policies for bus services may be stricter than regular private transportation services.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
– Cancellations made at least two weeks before the service date may be eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made at least one week before the service date may be eligible for a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than one week before the service date are non-refundable.
Luxury, Special Vehicle, or Hourly Chauffeur Services
For luxury vehicles, special vehicles, or hourly chauffeur services, cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours in advance to receive a full refund, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
If the cancellation is made within a shorter period, no refund may apply, as the vehicle and driver are reserved exclusively for the client and may not be reassigned to another service.
General Cancellation Policy
For regular transportation services, cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours before the service date to be eligible for a full refund, unless another cancellation policy has been confirmed in writing.
Cancellations made after the allowed cancellation period are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable.
3. User Responsibility
The passenger is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including:
– Pickup address.
– Drop-off address.
– Flight information, if applicable.
– Cruise information, if applicable.
– Pickup time.
– Number of passengers.
– Amount of luggage.
– Contact information.
– Any special requests or service requirements.
Golden Ride Miami is not responsible for delays, missed services, additional charges, or service issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the customer.
For private services, the passenger is responsible for paying any additional charges related to changes, extra stops, waiting time, additional luggage, special requests, or services not included in the original booking.
4. Drivers and Vehicles
Golden Ride Miami works with high-quality vehicles that are maintained in good condition and assigned according to the type of service, group size, luggage, availability, and operational needs.
Vehicle models shown on the website, quotes, or promotional materials are examples only. The final vehicle may vary depending on availability, category reserved, group size, luggage, and service requirements.
In some cases, Golden Ride Miami may use subcontracted vehicles or trusted third-party providers for private services, group transportation, buses, special vehicles, or peak-demand dates.
Subcontracted providers are responsible for the condition, safety, permits, licenses, and insurance of their vehicles and drivers.
5. Limitation of Liability
Golden Ride Miami is not responsible for incidents, accidents, delays, damages, loss, theft, injury, missed flights, missed cruises, missed activities, or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond our direct control.
This may include, but is not limited to:
– Traffic conditions.
– Road closures.
– Weather conditions.
– Accidents on the road.
– Flight delays or cancellations.
– Cruise delays or schedule changes.
– Incorrect information provided by the customer.
– Delays caused by passengers.
– Third-party service providers.
– Mechanical issues outside our direct control.
– Events, crowds, security restrictions, or government actions.
Golden Ride Miami’s responsibility is limited to the transportation service confirmed and paid for by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
6. Additional Services
Additional services such as Meet and Greet, child seats, extra stops, additional waiting time, special vehicle requests, luggage assistance, or other extras must be requested in advance and may require an additional charge.
These services are subject to availability and must be confirmed before the service date.
Golden Ride Miami is not responsible for providing additional services that were not requested and confirmed before the reservation.
7. Subcontracting and Third-Party Providers
Golden Ride Miami may subcontract part of its services to trusted third-party transportation providers, tour operators, activity providers, drivers, or vehicle operators when necessary.
This may occur during high-demand periods, for special vehicle requests, bus services, private group transportation, tours, or other services that require additional operational support.
Third-party providers are responsible for delivering their services in compliance with applicable Florida regulations, including required permits, licenses, and insurance.
Golden Ride Miami is not responsible for damages, delays, service failures, accidents, injuries, or malfunctions caused by third-party providers outside our direct control.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Golden Ride Miami shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Privacy and Security
Golden Ride Miami is committed to protecting your privacy.
Personal information provided during the booking process will be used only to manage reservations, process payments, coordinate services, communicate with customers, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
Golden Ride Miami does not sell, trade, or rent personal information to third parties.
Customer information may be shared with drivers, subcontracted providers, payment processors, or service partners only when necessary to provide the confirmed service.
