Voluntary photos and videos
Golden Ride Miami, operated by Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC, may invite passengers to participate in photos or videos for promotion of our transportation services. Participation is voluntary and does not affect your booking, price or quality of transportation. Booking or using our service does not automatically authorize promotional use of your image.
Express oral or written consent
Before taking or publishing promotional content, we explain the intended use and ask for express consent. Consent may be oral or written; a signed form is not our general requirement. For example, we may ask, “May we take a photo and post it on Golden Ride Miami’s Instagram?” An identifiable adult’s affirmative answer authorizes that explained use. Merely posing, being present or making a reservation is not a substitute for that consent.
Scope of use
With your consent, we may use the photo or video on the official Golden Ride Miami channels included in the accepted scope, such as our website or a specified social media account. No compensation is provided unless separately agreed. We may crop, resize or adjust the format without distorting the context or inventing an endorsement by you. We will not sell or license your image for an unrelated third party’s campaign without additional authorization.
Groups, children and people who decline
We seek consent from each identifiable adult. A person who books for a group does not automatically authorize image use for everyone else. For a minor, a parent or legal guardian must give express oral or written permission. We avoid including, crop out or blur identifiable people who have not agreed to the intended use.
Withdrawal and removal requests
To request withdrawal or removal, contact us with the date, link or screenshot that helps identify the material. We will stop using it in new publications and remove it from channels we control within a reasonable time. We cannot guarantee deletion of copies already shared or retained by third parties outside our control.
