Private transportation is designed for travelers who value privacy, schedule flexibility, and a direct trip without sharing the vehicle with unrelated passengers. Depending on the size of your party, luggage, and availability, transportation may be provided in an SUV XL, Ford Transit or similar vehicle, or Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or similar vehicle.
Pickup is available from approved hotels, residences, Airbnb properties, condominiums, and other Miami addresses. After dropping your group at Sawgrass Mills, the driver leaves the mall rather than waiting there throughout the shopping day. The driver returns later for your scheduled pickup.

Your initial return time is arranged before service and may be selected according to your group’s plans. Any later change must be requested at least 3 hours in advance and remains subject to driver and vehicle availability.
We provide private pickup from most Miami locations, including hotels, homes, condominiums, and approved Airbnb addresses.
Pickup areas farther from central Miami may carry an additional fee. Examples include Kendall, Homestead, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Hallandale, and other extended service locations.
Driver gratuity is not included in the quoted price. Tipping is optional, although it is customary and appreciated in the United States when a driver provides good service.
Luggage, personal belongings, and shopping bags are welcome as long as every item fits safely inside the vehicle reserved for your party.
If you anticipate traveling with several suitcases, large shopping bags, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, or oversized belongings, select a larger vehicle category. Available cargo space varies according to both the number of passengers and the volume of items being transported.

Unlike the shared shuttle, private transportation does not follow a fixed return schedule. Your pickup from the mall may be arranged for the time that best suits your party, including later in the evening or close to mall closing. Return-time changes require at least 3 hours’ notice. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, but approval depends on driver and vehicle availability because other transportation services may already be scheduled.
Your reservation includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time at pickup. Once that period ends, additional waiting time is charged at USD 30 for each additional 30 minutes, subject to driver and vehicle availability.
If passengers do not appear at the confirmed pickup point or contact our team during the complimentary waiting period, the service may be marked as completed and will not be eligible for a refund.
A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% is due when the group is dropped off at Sawgrass Mills, not when the driver returns for the evening pickup.
A driver and vehicle cannot be assigned or held until the deposit has been received and the booking has been confirmed in writing.
Credit card, debit card, Venmo, and Wise payments include a 4% processing fee. Zelle payments do not carry a processing fee.
PayPal is not accepted.
Your booking becomes confirmed only after the 50% deposit has been received. Without a confirmed deposit, we cannot reserve or dispatch a vehicle.
Unscheduled stops are not included in the base rate. Any additional stop must be requested and approved before service and may result in an extra charge based on distance, additional time, and vehicle category.
